This is the thing. There's so many young people out there right now that can relate to you that are wondering, do I go to college? I personally didn't go, did you go to college? The deal was because you asked me if I went to college or not? The deal was I spoke with my mother and she said, I'll give you 12 months.

If you can make a million dollars, you don't have to go to college. And sure enough, I made the million. And again, at 17, at 17 years old, we had established a multi million dollar company, but there's, there's so many people out there right now that are where you were four years ago, wondering what path should I take? And like, you don't have to go to college unless you want to be a doctor, a lawyer.

People like to see the social media stuff, which is great, but they don't see all the work that goes behind it. like dude, it's a grind. but once you get a couple deals, then you get to hire some cold callers and then you don't have to do the grunt work you're doing right now and then it gets easier and then you start getting more lead flow and where most people give up is because they, they're grinding like you are and they're like, fuck this, they throw in the towel and they go do something else. Anyone that's, that's in here doing it at the levels we're doing it at started where you were at, you gotta know when to get away from the desk regroup.

Go back, do it again. You're gonna get fatigued. Someone's gonna piss you off on the phone. You get up, you go take a breather, you come back and you, you put your head down and you keep grinding. That's like I can't say anything else other than that.

What did I do over the last four months to be able to produce over $100,000 in a single month of funded deals. And I was looking at my talk time, I was looking at how many dials I made and I was looking at how many offers I made. And I, I noticed I was averaging 3.5 plus hours of talk time. And I think people underestimate like you have to be on the phone nonstop.

The more calls you make lead to the more long conversations you have, the more long conversations you have lead to the more verbal offers you can make verbal offers, turn into a contract, contract, signed, contract us sign. So there is a cadence to the entire thing. Yeah. And if you're not putting out those verbal offers, you're not getting to that contract, you're never gonna get a deal. If you don't make an offer.
